About the Home
Nestled in a serene, nature-rich setting near Jim Corbett National Park — and a 30-minute drive from The Maasai Mara Water & Adventure Park — Sylvaara is a twelve-key forest estate: ten suites, one standard room and a private villa with a pool, wrapped in lush greenery just 50 metres from a gently flowing river.
Each 210 sq. ft. suite centres on a plush king-sized bed with an upholstered headboard and accent wall, warm cove lighting, a cosy sofa-and-coffee-table corner, a 40-inch TV, mini fridge and a spacious wardrobe. A large window and glass door open to garden-facing views from the comfort of the ground floor.
Beyond your room: a glasshouse restaurant with forest views, firepit seating under the trees, and gardens made for picnics and high tea. Our team arranges river adventures, jungle safaris, village-style cooking, candlelight dining and bonfire evenings — with Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary and Kosi Barrage close by.
